Start by logging on to your online account at: www.PGE.com
once you are logged on, click here, where it says: ENERGY USAGE DETAILS.

Once you get to this page, scroll down to the bottom right side and look for the “GREEN” button. Click on the green button. Go to step #3

Now, when you see this screen, make sure you have the following buttons checked, as seen in the picture and then click EXPORT.

Once you click on the EXPORT button
(step #3) this will pop up. Click the
”DOWNLOAD” button. This will download your usage files to your download folder. Go to step #5
